Delivering information to parents in a timely fashion is always a challenge The Warmline provides a way for parents to access information and support at the time they need it.
The Warmline is a free, non-medical telephone service staffed with Early Childhood Professionals available to parents and caregivers from Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

Intended to be a non-crisis service, the Warmline answers questions about parenting issues and child development. Often, the Warmline provides a listening ear to a parent who already knows what she ought to do but needs to talk it out with someone else. Many referrals are made through the Warmline which is equipped with information about community services that are available.The Warmline is a way for parents to receive information in a non-threatening and anonymous fashion. Warmline staff are trained as supportive listeners and will assist you in identifying the issue, and how to take the next step in resolving the problem.Our Warmline does not offer legal or medical advice, but our staff may be able to provide referrals.
